Walk, roll or stroll to stop MS
This February, challenge yourself to walk, roll, or stroll 28 minutes a day to help stop MS.
It’s your challenge, so do it your way! Your 28 minutes doesn’t have to be all at once – break it up throughout the day if that suits you better. Whether you’re walking, rolling or strolling around your neighbourhood, getting on your bike, or swimming your way through the month, every minute counts.
Exercise is personal, so pace it out in a way that feels right for you. You can even get creative – try walking up and down stairs or get a group together to make it a fun, social activity. No matter how you choose to do it, you’ll be making a real difference by supporting life-changing MS research, and every day you complete brings us closer to a world without MS.
